Processing and shipping time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–14 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet or by a US warehouse, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Some products shipping time may state a different shipping date. Please read the descriptions.

Notes on COVID-19
In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the normal operations of all express companies around the world have been affected, including our express partners, order delivery may be delayed by 3-5 working days. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding!

Contactless delivery (due to COVID-19)
Customers can choose to make contactless delivery at this time.

We are not responsible for theft or loss of packages after delivery. You have confirmed this because in contactless delivery, this person keeps the order outside the door.

Processing after placing an order
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that our team has received your order. After completing the order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This will contain all the order details, tracking ID and link; using the “Track Order” page, you can track your order.

Shipping Fees
We will provide free land shipping worldwide.

Duties, tariffs and taxes
We do not bear any duties and taxes on your order. All fees (duties, taxes, etc.) collected by the customer during or after the transportation are borne by the customer.

What should I do if my package does not arrive within the normal time?
We welcome any confusing emails about your order, including but not limited to order status, shipping issues and even information changes. We will try our best to answer or solve your problem as soon as possible. We can ship to most countries and regions in the world. If delivery to your country or region is not possible due to special reasons, our customer service will contact you.
